In Case You Haven't Had Enough

I understand how boring it can be to browse the various blogs on your Google reader and see only images of mediocre children dressed up as mediocre characters. But I bring you Emma. A most beautiful child, in a most beautiful home made costume. I had a few people tell me they needed to see all of my kids in their costumes, so here you go.

Yes, she's in a poodle skirt, made by yours truly. Even the little doggie and leash. Yes, because I'm that talented. And yes, she's wearing her pajamas underneath. We took this picture on Wednesday afternoon because I forgot to get a picture of her on Halloween. She was home "sick" that day, cough cough. But what can I say, I'm a big softie about stuff like that. But seriously, she is sick. She has an ear infection. Her first ever. So I thought she deserved a day off for that.

    Keli--
You always say how uncreative you are, but I have yet to see any uncreative ventures yet. The costume turned out super cute and Emma, i have to say is one of the cute ones. (I feel like I should add "don't ya know" after the last sentence.

I second that...you are WAY creative. I wish I could think out of the box like you. But, since I can't, I'll leave it up to you to make the cutsie stuff for my kids.

She is so cute. I love that Chicago has made you so crafty. what up with that?

I can't wait to see you guys. We are leaving for Utah this afternoon and my girls thought it was thanksgiving weekend. They were totally bummed when we told them it was still a couple weeks.

That's the most amazing costume I've ever seen! How can one person be blessed with so much talent? You must be part ninja.

She looks WAY cute in her costume! You did a great job making it!

And no one would be true bloggers if they didn't post pictures of their cute kids in their Halloween costumes. Even those who never ever update their blogs always have a Halloween post.

Your just the regular little susie homemaker. Where did it come from? Or have you always had all these little hidden talents?

You still haven't told me where to get myself a purple ribbon.

The skirt is adorable! Great job on that. You have such beautiful daughters.
And what is with Chicago making people crafty? My good friend moved there this year and she started sewing also. Never sewed a day in her life before the big move.
