It's still not a fungus, but...

It doesn't look like skin cancer either. Thank goodness. The doctor I saw today said it looks like it could just be an infection of some kind, and a week on antibiotics will either clear it up, or if not, then we'll know for sure what it is. So I guess there will be an update in a week.
