    Just You Watch

I'm bypassing Friday Fun in favor of Just You Watch.

    Tornado Watch.

    I don't like this. At.All.

And Sugar Daddy will be on the YM's camp out tonight. Which leaves me all alone, under a Tornado watch.

    Did I mention I don't like this? At.All.

I wouldn't worry about a Tornado watch. We had a lot of Tornado watches living in Louisville, it was actually kind of fun. We had a funnel cloud going over our apartment. We stood out on the patio to watch. It seems that the tornadoes only hit in smaller towns. You should be okay, I promise. Have a great weekend.

I agree with Michelle. Tornadoes usually go for the small towns and trailer parks... you'll be fine.

WHAT!!!!! I don't like that at all!! One more reason NOT to live in Chicago! I don't care what others say, you be careful!!
And what about Sean out in the wilderness in a tent?! Doesn't sound like a good idea to me. The boys and I got scared yesterday when it thundered!! I guess I'm a wimp. Be careful. Love you.

Well, I do live in a small town. I don't live in a trailer, so I should be okay, but Sean and the guys are taking the trailer on the campout. Does that make them prime targets? Hmm.

Watches aren't a big deal. You can get a LITTLE worried when you are under a warning.

Just be careful if you are watching the weather while they are talking about it, don't let the kids hear it. For a long time any time it was cloudy my kids were scared of a tornado.

If it does come down to it, inside room on the lowest floor. Bathrooms, closets work well.

You do get some cool clouds along with the tornado weather!!!

I remember some of our first tornado warnings in Iowa. Scared me to death. The locals are a lot more mellow about it. One time in Omaha, we thought for sure we were going to die. Obviously, we didn't. Just pay attention to the news. We lived on the third floor of an apartment building. No place to hide so we went to our friends in the pool house and hung out in her master bedroom near the tub with the couch cushions. The kids thought it was great fun!
Dalton brought home a book from school on tornados and he can't stop talking about them. I think he is starting to worry about them now.
I don't like them either. I feel your pain!!!

I'm with you on the tornadoes. The only time I really get worried is when it's dark. But just keep the TV on.

I've lived in Torndao Alley for 11 years and no tornadoes have come close. I'm sure that you'll be fine. Remember "Knowledge is Power"

Lightning freaks me out more; especially since a 3 houses on my street have been hit in 2 years, one of them 2 houses down.
