    Summer has begun!

Saturday consisted of several things. First, waking up at the butt crack of dawn to feed a hungry babe. Second, making 2 pans of chicken enchiladas, 1 pan of beef enchiladas, 1 pan of au gratin potatoes, and a run to Target for cheese.
Third, spending the remainder of the afternoon laying out by the pool, worshiping the skin cancer Gods. And fourth, participating in a Ward progressive dinner. It was interesting. I think every Ward has it's weirdo's, and somehow we got paired with all of them! Lucky us! I guess no ward will ever compare to the Ward you grew up in, right?
Which leads me to a dilemma.

If you could move back to your home ward, would you? Would it be weird to go back "home" as a grown up when you grew up there?

And what if it meant living in an older home? Would you?

Cool Pic!!! As for the ward Nope! For a couple reasons, I love my ward. Our home ward wouldn't be the same. The people that had an effect on your life don't live there anymore. As for living in an older house. Yea I'd do it.

the older home issue is not an issue for me - it's the smog and heat of my home ward city that keeps me in my current locale.

although i would love to be in a ward with my parents - that would be fun.

and my home ward has completely different people now.

you need to visit our ward - we're all weirdos - but it works.

I hate all wards. Especially mine. Hee hee! Thank heavens the church is true cuz I wouldn't put up with their crap if it weren't!

I wouldn't go back to my old ward - they've divided it a couple times and a lot of the people I remember have either moved or died. It wouldn't be the same.

I would go back and I would live in an older home.
It's just the traffic/job issue that keeps us away...
