This weeks entry comes from Ken, of Michelle and Ken. He has some pretty funny stories from his various rotations throughout medical school. We were discussing funny names one night, and he came up with this one. He wrote it out and asked if any of us could figure out how to pronounce it.
Just so you know, I failed miserably. But you should totally try.

Um...I'm going to guess it's pronounced like Lei?
No joke: my mom had an ob/gyn whose name was Dr. Pap Schmeer.
And she also had a coworker whose name is Attaporn. Sounds like the Oscars for the "Adult Industry", don't you think? :p
People in my husband's hometown had the last name of Frost. Kids' names? Jack, Dee, and Perma. Again, no joke.
Is it like Princess "Layah"? Ok so those other comments were quite funny too.
Hey I just remembered I knew a guy way back when - who's dads name was Worth A. Nickel. :)
I would guess Leiah too but that would be way too easy. So I give up. I remember a Rhett Butler in high school, not that that is so bad. My friends maiden name is Croney and her parents always joked that they should have named one of her brothers Mac--Mac Croney ha ha
