Jacob said...: It always amazing me when people are so happy to get a tax return (somehow they pretend that the goverment is giving them a free gift)... do they not realize they just overpaid to begin with.

It would be the same as if you overpaid your phone bill in january, then again in feb, and yet again in march etc.... and the phone company did not get around to sending you a refund check until april the next year.; April 15, 2008 3:11 PM
